I have enjoyed baking ever since I was small, but it wasn’t until on maternity leave with my first child, I started making cakes for family and friends as a hobby. Spurred on by my family and my two girls I decided to start making cakes professionally in 2016.
It was the creation of my children’s cakes that made me realise how much I truly loved cake decorating. I also realised that the cake will always be at the centre of every occasion…it would mark every milestone in my children’s lives, from their Birthdays and Christening, to their Wedding and Anniversaries! It didn’t matter how big or small the event was, when they look back and reflect on each celebration, they’ll always remember their cake and how it made them feel and the time and love I had put into each one.  With that in mind, I strive to create beautiful and delicious cakes that will always be remembered and put the same love in that I put into all my cakes! I’m so very blessed to love what I do but when a client receives a cake that exceeds their expectations…that’s what makes me beam with pride…every single time!
